NB Complete Garden Services provides gardening, landscaping, maintenance and related outdoor services
to residential and commercial properties in Enfield and surrounding London areas.
All services will be carried out in a professional manner using suitable materials and industry standard practices.
Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment.
Prices may vary if additional work is required that was not identified during the initial inspection.
Written quotations remain valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a revised quotation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.
For smaller projects, payment may be required upon completion.
For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in advance.
Late payments may result in delays to future services.
Cancellations
Clients must provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
If cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or work has commenced, reasonable costs may still apply.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property during the scheduled work period.
Any hazards, underground utilities or specific site risks must be disclosed before work begins.
Waste Removal
Where agreed, garden waste and debris will be removed from the site.
If waste removal is not included in the quotation, it will be discussed and agreed separately.
Liability
NB Complete Garden Services will take reasonable care while carrying out work. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden structural issues
Underground services not disclosed
Weather-related delays
Liability is limited to the value of the agreed service provided.
Delays
Work schedules may be affected by adverse weather conditions, material shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients will be informed promptly of any necessary adjustments.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so that we can address the issue promptly and professionally.
Changes to Terms
NB Complete Garden Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
